Who operates Moneyera

The operator’s legal name, establishment, and public contact have not been supplied to the project. This policy must identify the actual operator before it is approved.

Information handled by the site

The calculators run in the visitor’s browser. The inspected application contains no calculator submission endpoint, account system, or application database, and the calculation fields are not sent to a Moneyera application API by the calculator code.

The site is built as static pages and is configured for Cloudflare Pages. A web host/CDN necessarily receives requests for pages and files and may process connection information such as IP address, requested path, browser headers, and request time. The operator must verify the provider, its current terms, any log fields, retention, and international transfer details before approving this notice.

No analytics or advertising vendor script is loaded by default. Optional GA4 and AdSense components exist in code and require both a valid public ID and an affirmative consent event; the project currently has no CMP UI, no configured vendor IDs, and no persistent consent storage. Do not enable either integration until a suitable CMP and reviewed disclosures are in place.

If GA4 is later configured and analytics consent is granted, the current event code sends page paths and allowlisted event metadata such as calculator or guide slugs; it does not include calculator amounts or debt names. Recheck this allowlist and the vendor configuration before activation.

The inspected frontend does not read or write document cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage. This does not establish what the host, browser, or any future vendor may do; confirm actual browser storage and network behavior on the hosted domain before publication.

Purposes and legal grounds

Page and file requests support delivery of the site. Calculator values are used in the browser to produce the requested estimate. The operator must document the legal basis for each processing purpose where data-protection law applies; no legal basis is asserted in this draft.

Cookies and similar technologies

No Moneyera-set cookie or browser-storage key was found in the inspected frontend. Analytics and advertising are not active by default. A hosting provider or a later CMP/vendor may use technologies of its own; the final policy must describe any such technologies observed on the deployed site. See the Cookie Policy.

Recipients and international transfers

Cloudflare Pages is the configured static deployment target in the repository. The actual production account, locations, subprocessors, transfer mechanism, and applicable provider terms must be verified by the operator. No third-party analytics or advertising recipient is currently configured. Outbound source links open third-party websites only when a visitor follows them.

Retention

The application has no user account database or calculation history store. Hosting request-log retention is provider- and configuration-dependent and has not been verified. The operator must state retention periods for each actual data source before publication.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent withdrawal. The operator must verify which rights apply and establish a monitored process before publishing this policy. A verified email address is currently missing; no request channel is represented as operational.

Information in URLs

The application does not read calculator values from query parameters. Web requests still contain a URL, which can be visible to hosting infrastructure, browser history, and referrer flows. Do not put names, account numbers, or sensitive financial details in URLs.

Changes and contact

An actual effective date and verified contact must be supplied by the operator. This draft is not a notice of a completed legal review.
